Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2010

The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 22/06/2017 quoting the reference number. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Footpath 10 (Part), Royal Wootton Bassett; from its junction with Footpath 111 in a south-easterly direction to the point at which the footpath meets the northern boundary of the railway line to enable residential development works. An alternative route will be made available south of the definitive path. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 26 June 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for six months, or until the work has been completed. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) C68 Foxley Road (Part), Malmesbury and Malmesbury Without; from its junction with C95 Common Road to its junction with Dark Lane; (b) C68 Foxley Road (Part), Malmesbury Without; from its junction with C95 Common Road for a distance of approximately 800m in an easterly direction. To enable: BT Openreach access to underground structure to provide cabling for new customer. Alternative routes: (a) via C68 (unaffected length) - C95 - A429 -B4042 - B4040 and vice versa; (b) via C68 (unaffected length) - Foxley Green South to Honey Lane - Honey Lane -C1 - A429 - C95 Common Road and vice versa. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 26 June 2017. It is anticipated that closure (a) (phase one of the works) will be required daily between the hours of 09.30 and 15.30 from 26 June 2017 until 28 June 2017. It is anticipated that closure (b) (phase two of the works) will be required daily between the hours of 09.30 and 15.30 from 29 June 2017 until 30 June 2017.It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic to enable bridge replacement work to be undertaken: Bridleway 153 (Part), Purton; from its junction with Bridleway 152 Purton in a southerly directly for a distance of approximately 100m to its junction with Bridleway 146 Purton (across Davenport Bridge). Alternative route via Stoke Common Lane - B4696 and vice versa. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 5 June 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 31 July 2017. The Order will have a maximum duration of six months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic to enable Centurion to carry out rail bridge repairs: (a) Knowle/Hollybush Lane (Part), Pewsey; for a distance of approximately 20m covering the area of the rail bridge. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (b) C182 Hill Corner Road (Part), Chippenham; from its junction with The Orchids for a distance of approximately 140m in a north-easterly direction to enable Dun Mill Construction to undertake storm water and sewer works. Alternative route via C182 Hill Corner Road (unaffected length) - Greenway Lane - Birch Grove - B4069 Pew Hill - C182 Hill Corner Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 5 June 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for 12 days. The duration of the closure may be affected by prevailing weather conditions. Alternative route via C128 Flaxlands (unaffected length) - B4696 - B4042 - C414 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 5 June 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 9 June 2017. This Order will come into operation on 7 June 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 9 June 2017. This Order will come into operation on 4 June 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day between the hours of 09.00 and 15.00.
