(PRIORS HILL, BAKERS ROAD, GREEN LANE, WILLOW WALK, THE PITCHENS, ROBERTS CLOSE AND MANOR CLOSE, WROUGHTON) (WEIGHT RESTRICTION) ORDER 2018

Notice is given that the above Order was made under the relevant sections of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to introduce a 7.5 tonnes weight restriction (except for access) on Priors Hill, Bakers Road Greens Lane, Willow Walk, The Pitchens, Roberts Close and Manor Close, Wroughton.

The Order will be operative as of 23 July 2018 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours. If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 18 July 2018 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
