No development shall commence on site (including any works of demolition), until a Construction Method Statement.

No development above slab level shall commence on site until the exact details and samples of the materials to be used for the roof have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

No walls shall be constructed on site, until a sample wall panel, not less than 1 metre square, has been constructed on site, inspected and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

The development will be carried out in strict accordance with the following documents: Section 4 Mitigation and Enhancements, Preliminary Ecological Appraisal, AD Ecology, 22 March 2021.

Any tarmac removed should be done so under the supervision of an appropriately qualified Arboriculturalist.

Corston is a small village on the A429 road in Wiltshire, approximately 3 miles (4.8 km) south of the town of Malmesbury.
