COURT: Magistrates ordered traveller Aivis Zemgalis to do 150 hours of unpaid work as part of an 18-month community order after he admitted stealing a caravan from Meadow Farm in Royal Wootton Bassett on February 23. Zemgalis, 23, of the travellers site on Newbridge Road, Bath, was ordered by Swindon magistrates to pay compensation of £100 along with £85 in prosecution costs and another £85 to help fund victim services.
