PUPILS, parents and staff enjoyed Oasis Academy's Christmas fair last week where over £1000 was raised for the school.
Stalls including Christmas gifts, cakes, raffles, tombolas, face paints and more were in the classrooms of the Trowbridge School from 1-4pm last Saturday.
The school was visited by Storm Troopers from Star Wars and magical princesses who posed for photos with the children.
Organised by the school's parent teacher association, the event raised a total of £1173.
Clair Thorpe from the school's PTA said: "The kids really did have a great afternoon and lots of people commented on how well organised the event was which was great.
"The children had made Christmas decorations which were up in the classrooms.
"We could never of imagined we would raise this much money for the school and we are very thankful to everyone who supported us and the rest of the PTA who helped organise te afternoon."
