MARCO Pierre White’s son was arrested on Wednesday (February 6) after a row with his celebrity chef dad.

Marco Jr, 23, is said to have smashed windows and threatened assault after the family fight.

Wiltshire police confirmed they were called to the Rudloe Arms, near Corsham, on Wednesday (February 6) at 4pm following reports of a man causing issues for staff at the venue.

"Officers attended and a 23-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of Section 5 Public order and criminal damage. He has been released under investigation and our enquiries are continuing," said a spokesman for Wiltshire Police.

The Rudloe Arms have declined to comment on the matter.

TV chef and restaurateur Marco Pierre White took over the Rudloe Arms in 2012.

Once the youngest chef to ever receive a Michelin star and a regular on TV, he now focuses on running his restaurant chain.

He bought the Grade I listed hotel, which is based off Leafy Lane in Corsham, and renamed it the Rudloe Arms, giving it an extensive refurbishment.

The hotel has 12 bedrooms in the main house, while the newer Treetops building has 28 modern bedrooms and suites.

The hotel website says: "We pride ourselves in providing a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff."

It adds: "Our beautiful grounds continue to develop, influenced by Marco's passion for the outdoors, so every time you visit you can experience something unique."
