A 17-YEAR-OLD boy from Swindon pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis and to transferring thousands of pounds which was considered criminal property.
The teenager had 38 grams of the Class B drug on him and intended to supply it to another person on November 14 2017.
The criminal property matter is slightly more complex - he pleaded guilty to paying £1,700 of ill-gotten gains into his bank account but the court list charged him with transferring £12,639.17 into the account.
The youth appeared in court with no relatives accompanying him and was advised by the judge to have a family member with him at his next appearance on March 26.
In the meantime, he has been released on unconditional bail while a pre-sentence report is prepared and the significant financial discrepancy between the figure on the court list and the figure the teen admitted to is investigated.
