TWO children from Pewsey along with some of their friends raised £250 for the Royal National Lifeboat (RNLI) Institute by taking part in a fun they created themselves.
The course that Henry and Eliza Mahon laid out was more than a mile and half and it took them around 20 minutes to complete it.
Their father James Mahon said they completed the course with their friends and got home for cakes and soft drinks.
"They chose the RNLI because we often go to the seaside and they enjoy going in the sea," he said, "so they asked about safety at sea and we talked about the lifeboats and how they are funded."
Last year the duo chose to raise cash for the charity Children with Cancer UK with a similar fun run supported and sponsored by friends and family.
Mr Mahon said the family were keen on fitness and exercise and it was no surprise the children wanted to help others.
The RNLI as a charity relies on donations and fund raising from the public.
