Domino's Pizza parlour in Old Town has applied for a licence to open later.
And in particular on one day of the year.
But the manager will have to convince members of Swindon Borough Council's licensing panel.
The takeaway in the High Street has applied to extend its opening hours from a closing time from 3am on Saturday and Sunday mornings to 5am.
And it wants to allow customer collections from the unit at any time the shop is open.
Its third request is to be able to stay open until 6am specifically on the Sunday morning when the clocks go forward for British Summer Time- that's always the last Sunday in March.
The application adds that the shop has had special licences last year to stay open until 5am for the five Sunday mornings preceding Christmas.
Objections have been lodged by one of the local ward councillors and members of the public.
The licensing panel will meet on April 30
