FIRE crews were called to a fire at an aviary in Newtown, Trowbridge.
Crews from Trowbridge and Melksham attended on Sunday (April 21) at 2am to what initially appeared to be a fence alight.
The fire actually involved a fence and an aviary which was used as storage, which was completely destroyed by fire.
The fire also spread to a single storey bathroom extension. It was extinguished using a horse reel and was under control by 4.20am.
