A TAW Hill Practice patient yesterday called on IMH to "get its act together".
National Service veteran John Hodey called the Swindon Advertiser after losing patience with GP mega-firm Integral Medical Holdings.
The 82-year-old, who lives in Woodhall Park, spotted the website for his local surgery in Taw Hill was still out of action - after at least a fortnight.
"They suggest you go online, but when you do all you get is that the whole of the Taw Hill website is down," he said.
Asked what his message would be for new IMH chief executive Elaine Young, Mr Hodey said: "I would say please get your act together." Ms Young replaces Dr Martyn Diaper, whose departure was announced this week.
