A PERFORMANCE by dancers and musicians from Holt Morris helped entertain members of the Trowbridge Memory Cafe last Thursday (May 9).
More than 30 members meet regularly on the second Thursday of every month from 2.30pm to 4pm at Florence Court in Rutland Crescent, Trowbridge.
Gabby Wright, practice nurse at Trowbridge Health Centre, said the group has really taken off since its formation two years ago.
“It has been fantastic. We have already outgrown our previous meeting place at Palmer Gardens and are in danger of doing the same at Florence Court.”
The Memory Cafe provide a place for all people in Trowbridge living with dementia, as well as their friends, family and carers, to meet and socialise.
Last Thursday, the group enjoyed cream teas donated by the Asda supermarket in Trowbridge as they watched the six Holt Morris dancers and two musicians perform.
