ACTION Fraud have been informed after a driver put £73 of fuel in his vehicle and left the petrol station in London Road, Devizes without saying.
A police spokesman said: "An unknown suspect drove onto the forecourt and put diesel to the value of £73.06 into his vehicle and entered the store and purchased two drinks.
"When asked if he had any fuel he clearly stated 'NO' and got back into his vehicle and made off without making any attempt to pay."
The incident happened on May 7.
