OFFICES seized a motorbike in Eldene after receiving complaints about it being driven dangerously across park areas, roads and footpaths.

Reports of antisocial riders helped PCSOs from South Swindon Police locate the Scrambler Bike on Monday.

Acting Police Sergeant Mason Johnson said “We are working hard to target and remove nuisance motorbikes from Swindon’s streets, particularly in built up residential areas. This seizure from Eldene will hopefully improve the ongoing matter for the local residents.

"We will continue to patrol the area and respond to any further reports from members of public in relation to anti-social behaviour. “We extend our thanks to the local communities for continuing to report incidents such as this to the police, without which we would not always be aware of the nuisance behaviour that you are experiencing”.
