FANTASY fans of JRR Tolkien's The Hobbit can now get their hands on their very own 'Hobbit House'.

The incredibly quirky working Hobbit hole comes alongside a five-bed home that has just been put on the market in Oxford for £1.25million.

The detached house, in Old Road, Shotover, on the face of it appears as any other secluded, country home, with beautiful views across Oxford to Boars Hill and the Ridgeway.

But delve deeper and the sale promises a hidden treasure inspired by the Oxford's writer's famous words 'In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit” introducing the much-loved children's novel.
