Attempted break in WH Smith and Post office Trow

THE door of the WH Smith and new Post Office building in Trowbridge has been smashed overnight in an attempted break in.
A Wiltshire Police spokesman said: “We were called at 10.15pm yesterday (14/07/19) by a member of the public who had seen a smashed door at WH Smith in Fore Street, Trowbridge.
“The incident is being treated as attempted burglary and is being investigated.
“Anyone with information, including anyone who may have seen someone acting suspiciously in the area last night, should contact Wiltshire Police on 101, quoting crime reference 54190068814.
“Alternatively you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.”
