Good luck to all students picking up results on Thursday.
As ever, it's best to be prepared, so we've put together a checklist of what you might need on the day - before you can start celebrating.
- Your UCAS Track login details. This will be on a letter or email from when you started your application.
- Mobile phone (fully charged). For calls, selfies, anything really.
- Contact details for your university choices.
- Bookmark the web address of Clearing and Adjustment UCAS pages.
- The details of conditional offers and clearing phone numbers for universities of interest.
- Should you not be available on results day, give someone nominated access so they can speak to UCAS on your behalf.
- Your carefully researched clearing list, if you suspect you might need it.
- Personal statement
- GCSE results.
First things to do on the day
- Check UCAS Track. You'll be able to see confirmation (or not) but not your grades. This is live from 8am.
- Collect your grades: Check with your school or college when they open for you to collect your grades as it can vary.
