SINCE Step Up Pre-School moved into their new premises in Dilton Marsh in February this year they have made lots of changes.
Manager and co-owner Rachael Dean said: "We were very lucky to be approved for a grant to help towards the cost of our new play area from Selwood Housing. The Deputy Mayor Sheila Kimmins joined us to officially open our new outdoor play area which was built by local company MJC Construction. Our Bumblebee children (18mths-3 years) will benefit greatly from having this fantastic new outdoor learning space.
"We have many more plans including new windows throughout the building, a new heating system, new flooring throughout, painting the outside of the building & surrounding fences. We have already raised enough funds to pay for the deposit for the new windows through our "Sponsor a Window Scheme" but further sponsorship would be very much appreciated. We are also in the process of setting up a fund raising committee to help raise funds for all of the other essential improvements."
