A NATIONAL campaign to end parking on pavements is being backed by Melksham Without Parish Council.
The campaign is being spearheaded by the Living Streets, which wants to make it easier for councils to control pavement parking.
The council has also asked Chippenham MP Michelle Donelan to support the campaign. It is awaiting the next step of a Government Transport Select Committee enquiry.
