EXCITING plans for a multi-million pound development at the former Bowyers site in Trowbridge are set to be unveiled next Tuesday at a public exhibition.
The scheme by London property developers Innox Mills could see 300 new homes being built on the 10-acre brownfield site close to Trowbridge town centre.
It could also create scores of new jobs in retail and leisure outlets, cafes and coffee shops as the land is developed in stages.
