ROCK choirs in Trowbridge, Warminster, Westbury and Chippenham will be inviting the carers of anyone affected by dementia to attend one of their rehearsals free of charge in collaboration with BBC's Music Day.

During the week commencing September 23, a total of 400 venues across the country will be hosting the free rehearsals where carers will be able to enjoy a fun and up-lifting Rock Choir singing session whilst meeting new friends and benefitting from the well-being aspects of music and singing.

Rock Choir leader Emma Webb said: “Rock Choir brings such joy to people and has been known to help those struggling with challenging situations in their lives. Simply coming together and singing with a friendly group of people can make your whole life that little bit easier.”
