Traffic lights stuck in Marlborough
TRAFFIC chaos hit Marlborough this morning when temporary traffic lights on the A346 got stuck on red.
Motorists reported tail backs of four miles on the Salisbury Road.
The traffic lights are in operation while roadworks are carried out in the area.
