A change of rail times and price increase for Pewsey station has upset some passengers.

Commuters who travel from Pewsey to London Paddington will see an increase of trains in the morning around peak times but will come at a cost, with the fare nearly doubling in price from £60 to £120. Which questions the governments initiative to encourage people to reduce emissions by using public transport.

There will be a public meeting to discuss this later this month with the launch of the new National Rail Timetable happening from December. Great Western Rail will be at Bouverie Hall in Pewsey on October 31 at 6-45pm.
