POLLING stations across the county will be set to have a shake up as part of a review into the way people cast their vote in Wiltshire.
In 2018 people gave their views about polling station problems, from no disabled access to locations being a long way from where voters live.
In total 74 people wrote in to comment on current stations.
Included in changes will be stopping the use of Redlands Primary School in Chippenham, after 19 parents and teachers said it disturbed lessons for pupils when votes are called.
Cllr Richard Clewer said: "Although some schools have different rooms that can be used for the vote, this is not the case at Redlands."
Officers confirmed the council will try to make sure that any future election called will not rely on Redlands as a polling station. The public had concerns that The Swan on Church Street in Bradford on Avon did not have disabled access and so was not suitable. The electoral Committee will review all Bradford on Avon South polling stations in 2020.
