WARMINSTER: Richard Lewis, 45, of Silver Street, has been charged with possession of an air rifle with intent to cause two men to believe unlawful violence would be used against them, possession without reasonable excuse of a loaded air weapon in a public place, stealing an air rifle in a Warminster burglary and being in possession of a firearm having previously been sentenced to a term of imprisonment of three years.

Lewis was remanded in custody to appear before Salisbury Crown Court on November 1 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.

WARMINSTER: Curtis Oversby, 23, of Battlesbury Barracks, was fined £400 after admitting twice breaching the terms of a restraining order. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £40 victim surcharge.

ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT: Gary Stratford, 54, of The Maltings, was fined £192, told to pay a £30 victim surcharge and given three points on his licence, after he admitted speeding on the M4 near Newport on December 7 last year.

WESTBURY: Hayden Adams, 18, of Hawkeridge Park, pleaded not guilty to causing grievous bodily harm. He has been released on unconditional bail and will return to court on November 13.

WESTBURY: James Dykes-Brown, 30, of Lopes Way was sentenced to 12 weeks imprisonment after pleading guilty to two counts of assault. A restraining order was made to protect the victims.

Westbury: Jessica Pinnell, 29, of Brunel Close, was fined £100 for speeding on the M4 between junctions 15 and 16. She pleaded guilty. Her driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points and she was told to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

DEVIZES: Craig Hamlen, 34, of Jubilee Buildings pleaded guilty to supplying cannabis. The case was adjourned to November 4.

Trowbridge: Charlie Jackson, 24, of Newtown, was sentenced to 12 weeks imprisonment, suspended for two years after being found guilty of two counts of assault by beating and theft.

Trowbridge: Mark Parker, 23 of no fixed address in Trowbridge, pleaded guilty to damaging a bollard worth £1,000 belonging to Wiltshire Council. The case was passed to crown court for sentencing.

Trowbridge: Thomas Perry, 28 of Frome Road pleaded guilty to causing damage to another car in an accident in Bradford on Avon. He was fined £965 and given five points on his driving licence.

Chippenham: Roxanne Vugts, 30, of Ridings Mead pleaded guilty to stealing a cardigan and a bunch of flowers to the value of £12 from Morrisons. She was charged £105.

Devizes: Daniel Webb, 37 of Dowse Road, pleaded guilty to drink driving, and causing damage to a police cell and a pair of shorts given to him in custody. He was remanded on unconditional bail until November 5.

Calne: Jordan Daniels, 25 of Pen Hill Road, was fined £60 for failing to attend appointments to comply with a community order made in June.

Great Bedwyn: Matthew Baker, 36 of Jockey Green was fined £235 and disqualified from driving for six months after pleading guilty to driving with no insurance.

Melksham: Graham Dixton, 71 of St Athan Close, Bowerhill was fined £811and given six points on his licence for driving without insurance.

Devizes: Donna McStrovich, 40 of Charles Morrison Close, was fined £235 and given six points on her licence for driving without insurance.

Melksham: Diane Shearmon, 38 of Spiders Paddock, Seend had a charge of driving with no insurance against her withdrawn.

Devizes: Aaron Huntley, 33 of Marina Close, had the charge of driving with no valid licence withdrawn.

Royal Wotton Bassett: Stuart James, 43 of Nore Marsh Road, had the charge of driving without a licence withdrawn.

Chippenham: Mervin Singer, 73 of Heywood Farm, Kingston St Michael, had a charge of driving with no insurance against him withdrawn.

Chippenham: Peter White, 56, of The Street, Hullavington, had a charge of driving without insurance against him withdrawn.

Chippenham: Nicholas Barker, 63 of The Ivy was fined £105 after pleading guilty to harassment.

Chippenham: Aide Hearn, 42 of Chippenham Walk was sent for trial at crown court after being charged with assault.
