Teams from Selwood Housing and Silcoa were out in force this half term, helping clear up in local communities.
On Tuesday they were at Charlotte Square in Trowbridge, followed by Towpath Roa and Navigator Close and finishing on Thursday with a visit to Portway Lane in Warminster.
The teams picked litter, cleared away van loads of bulky items and planted hundreds of spring bulbs. Children were also treated to Halloween mask making, sweets and freebies.
As well as getting key areas spruced up, staff were able to personally deliver some housing management messages to ensure customers’ safety in flats and on estates.
Laura Pictor, Tenancy sustainment coordinator at Selwood Housing, who helped organise the events said: “It was wonderful to see residents come out to invest time in their neighbourhoods. We’re hoping to make this a more regular event so that customers and staff can work together in making our communities clean."
