Weather warnings for heavy rain AND snow over Swindon today
HEAVY rain and snow will cover Swindon today - leading to flood risks and icy roads.
The Met Office issued a weather warning for snow over Swindon which is expected to last until 10am today.
Temperatures will drop to one degree Celsius and fog is forecast once the snow clears.
This new warning comes in addition to the previous alert about persistent heavy rain which will drench Swindon throughout the day. The rain warning is in effect until 11.45pm today.
