BATTLING Breast cancer has inspired one Trowbridge mother into raising funds for a linked Charity.
Leoly Wyatt has been continually fund raising for Macmillan Cancer Support with a Christmas party boosting her total monies raised now into the thousands.
More than 50 family and friends took part in the event at Westwood Social Club, enjoying the evening that featured a grand food buffet.
This was followed with raffle with over 60 prizes. and entertainment.
Leoly said: "Since my treatments I have been raising funds to put something back into the charity that helped me.
"I have a lot of support from friends in order to organise a number of fund raisers to boost the monies raised . This evening has been a great success and has taken my total well over to what I hoped for.”."
Along with support from husband David and daughters Karina and Atara the family have now raised over £7000 for the charity.
