Willoughby Close, Westbury
A resident's bid to gain approval for a new parking area has been dismissed by a planning inspector.
Mr W Kennedy, of Willoughby Close, Westbury, wanted to create a hardstanding parking area next to his home.
The inspector S Shapland says the proposal would "significantly harm" the character and appearance of the area.
