A 44-year-old driver escaped serious injury after his vehicle hit a parked car and overturned at Southwick earlier this morning.
A South Western Ambulance Service spokesman said: “We were called at 6.30am about a two-vehicle collision on the A361 Frome Road.
“Our crews treated a male patient at the scene for minor injuries.”
Police said: “We were called at 6.33am this morning to a road traffic collision on the A361 in Southwick.
A silver Ford Mondeo had collided with a parked car and overturned.
“Paramedics attended as a precaution but nobody was injured.
“The scene was clear by 8.45am.”
The accident blocked the A361 Frome Road near the village hall.
It is understood the man was travelling towards Frome.
