AN 18-year-old man from Calne has been arrested on suspicion of possession of class B drugs with the intent to supply.
He was a passenger in a silver Volkswagen Golf stopped by police in Abberd Way, Calne, on Sunday, January 12 at 5.23pm.
Officers searched the driver, his passenger and the vehicle and found a large amount of cash, cannabis and a quantity of white powder believed to be Ketamine.
The driver, a 23-year-old local man, was arrested on suspicion of driving whilst unfit through drink or drugs.
He was taken to Melksham custody centre and later released under police investigation.
His passenger complained of feeling unwell and was taken to hospital by ambulance. He will invited to a police station at a later date.
