POLICE and paramedics have today managed to talk a man to safety after cordoning off St Stephen’s Place multi-storey car park in Trowbridge for the second time in four days.
They said: "The man has now come down safely and will be taken to a place of safety."
Officers cordoned off the car park to help paramedics dealing with a man who is suffering with mental health issues.
Emergency services staff managed to bring the man to a place of safety.
A police spokeswoman said: "A cordon is in place while we deal with the incident. It would be inappropriate to comment further."
The incident is the second in the last week. Police cordoned off the car park for a similar reason last Friday.
