SWINDON: Cardiff man Kieran Pritchard, 35, of Lower Cathedral Road, pleaded guilty to stealing £100-worth of goods from the Swindon TK Maxx outlet.

He was ordered to pay £100 compensation.

LIDEN: Neal White, 53, of Galsworthy Close, admitted assaulting a doctor and practice supervisor on September 24 – as well as making an indecent telephone call to the surgery a month later.

He was banned from the Eldene Surgery for a year, must complete up to 15 days of rehabilitative workshops and pay a £90 victim surcharge.

FERNDALE: Kerri Liddington, 38, of Ferndale Road, admitted drink driving. Breathalyser tests found she had 48 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35.

She was fined £200, banned from driving for a year and must pay £117 in costs and surcharge.

REDHOUSE: Zhilwan Rezaee, 20, of Millgrove Street, was banned from driving for a year after admitted drug driving.

He had seven times the legal limit of cannabis in his blood. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £115 in costs and surcharge.

TOOTHILL: Chloe Slocombe, 28, of Colchester Close, was fined £392 and banned from the roads for 17 months after she pleaded guilty to drink driving. Magistrates ordered she pay £85 costs and a £39 victim surcharge.

M4: Carlyle Taylor, 33, of Willesden, London, pleaded guilty to drug driving. He was behind the wheel of a Ford Fiesta on the M4 on June 15 last year when he was found to be almost five times the cannabis drug driving limit.

He was fined £120, stripped of his licence for a year and ordered to pay £115 in costs and surcharge.

PINEHURST: Kelly Watkins, 40, of The Circle admitted assaulting a woman by beating her and damaging her car door on June 16. She was given a six month community order and told to pay £150 compensation.

SWINDON: Billy-Jo Cosgrave, 23, of Essex Walk, was jailed for 18 weeks for shoplifting.

He admitted five shoplifting offences committed between September and December and which included stealing a vacuum from Tesco and a watch from Topman. He also admitted assaulting a woman and breaching the terms of a community order.

WALCOT: Tiegan Lloyd, 19, of Shrewsbury Road, pleaded guilty to assault, sending a grossly offensive message and disorderly behaviour. She was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £55 in costs and surcharge.

PARK SOUTH: A burglar who broke into two hairdressers’ will be sentenced in March.

Richard Lowe, 42, of Cranmore Avenue, pleaded guilty to breaking into Leo’s Hair Salon on September 15, 2018, to steal £70 and taking £160 from Expressions in Old Town on January 8 last year. He also admitted possession of a blade in Swindon town centre.

He was bailed to be sentenced on March 6 at Swindon Magistrates’ Court.

HAYDON END: Michelle Parkes, 42, of Spenney Close, was given a eight month prison sentence suspended for two years after she was found guilty of burgling a house on Reading Street and stealing £40 from a man.

She must complete a drug rehabilitation programme and pay £65 compensation, £300 costs and a £122 victim surcharge.

SWINDON: Sam Wyatt, 37, of Thorne Road, was found guilty of assaulting a woman on July 4 last year.

He was given a six month conditional discharge and must pay £200 costs and a £21 victim surcharge.

WILTSHIRE: A burglar has admitted breaking into a masonic hall, a church and a pub.

Appearing before Swindon magistrates, Kyle Brace, 25, of Applestone Road, Malmesbury, pleaded guilty to the burglary of St Adhelm’s Church and the Masonic Hall, both in Malmesbury, the attempted burglary of The Forge, stealing a woman’s mobile phone, jacket and car keys and possession of a Stanley knife.

He was remanded in custody to be sentenced at Swindon Crown Court on February 21.
