Gas works will close a lane into Swindon town centre for five days, Swindon Borough Council has announced on Facebook.
The lane going towards the Westcott Place and Kingshill Road roundabout on Wootton Bassett Road will be closed from Monday February 17 to Friday February 21.
Wales and West has closed the lane for gas safety valve replacements.
In the post, Swindon Borough Council said: “Following an update from Wales & West, we can confirm they will be closing the inbound road at Westcott Place for gas safety valve replacements from Monday 17 February to Friday 21 February.”
Alongside this closure, Wales and West is behind the closure of Bridge End Road and Gypsy Lane until March due to gas pipes being upgraded.
