ONLY Fools and Horses fans can join an interactive themed dinner show based on the classic comedy at Lydiard Park.

Guests will be greeted by the characters at the bar in Lydiard House during pre-dinner drinks before being invited into a restaurant run by Del Boy and friends for a three course meal.

The professionally-produced show aims to be like an episode of the TV series with a chance for the audience to get involved. It will be half-scripted and half-improvised and will feature classic moments from the beloved sitcom.

During the live Del Boy’s up to his old tricks, Rodney’s on the run from Damien, Trigger’s lost his broom and Uncle Albert is desperate to sing his sea shanty.

Councillor Keith Williams, Swindon Borough Council’s Cabinet Member responsible for Lydiard House and Park, said: “This event sounds brilliant and I am pleased that Lydiard House has the privilege of hosting it.

“I expect tickets to sell thick and fast so if you’d like to come along, make sure you get in quick – you know it makes sense.”

The evening begins at 7pm on Friday April 3. Tickets are £49.50 per person and include a Bucks Fizz on arrival, the dinner itself, plus coffee and after-dinner chocolate. A disco will begin after the show ends.

Exclusive tables of up to 10 people are available. Parties smaller than eight people may share a table with other guests. For more information, visit www.lydiardpark.org.uk. To book a space, call 01793 464644.
