TWO new showhomes are exceeding expectations for builders at a new development in Rudloe, near Corsham.

Bellway has unveiled the two four-bedroom detached showhomes – the Wilcot and the Wroughton – at its Dickens Gate development off Bradford Road, giving home hunters the first chance to view typical house types at the development.

Sales manager for Bellway South West, Christel Hawkins, said: “We are very pleased with the turnout for the launch of our showhomes at Dickens Gate and received some great feedback from visitors on the day.

“Our professional interior designers have really pulled out all the stops to create two wonderful family homes.

“Viewing a showhome can be the perfect way for people to gain an insight into the spacious layout and design of our new homes and visualise themselves and their families living there.“The homes that we are building at Dickens Gate will be suitable for a range of buyers with houses accommodating first-time buyers, young families and those looking to downsize.

“Meanwhile, The proximity of Rudloe to great transport links means it’s also ideal for commuters working in Chippenham, Bath, Bristol, Swindon or further afield.”

Prospective buyers were also able to see that the first houses are taking shape.

There’s a mix of three and four-bedroom properties currently available for sale at Dickens Gate with prices starting at £279,995.
