CORONAVIRUS: UK death toll has biggest rise so far
THE number of people in the UK who died after testing positive for coronavirus has risen by 181 - the biggest increase so far.
The Department for Health and Social Care confirmed that as of 5pm on Thursday, 759 people hospitalised with the virus had died.
As of 9am today, 14,579 have now tested positive for the disease, including Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
