A DRIVER will be summoned to court for having no insurance or licence.
A police spokesman said: "Officers from Team 1 Swindon were alerted by concerned members of public advising us of vehicles parking up in a housing estate against the government advice.
"On our arrival, the vehicle was followed and stopped nearby. Checks showed that the driver had no insurance and was driving otherwise in accordance of a licence. The driver was reported for summons and will be receiving a court date in due course."
