WAGAMAMA is preparing to open its Outlet restaurant – but things will be looking a bit different.
The Japanese restaurant has taken inspiration from the Far East to design new sliding screens to help keep diners safe from transmission of coronavirus.
On Monday it will open its Swindon branch with these changes.
Emma Woods, chief executive of the chain, said: “We’ve been constantly talking to our guests to get ready to open, but it will just be fantastic to see them coming back into restaurants.
“It’s been a period of reflection and potential innovation for everyone in the industry.”
Earlier this week, Five Guys at the Outlet reopened for takeaway orders.
