No Covid-19 deaths in city's hospital for four weeks
THERE has not been a death caused by Covid-19 at Salisbury District Hospital since June 13 - more than four weeks ago.
Confirmed by Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust, this means the total number of patients who died after testing positive for the virus remains 56.
In the last 24-hour period nationally, a further 11 people who tested positive for coronavirus have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 29,077.
Patients were aged between 72 and 95-years-old. All patients had known underlying health conditions.
None of these cases were in the south west.
