A Melksham company is helping local businesses by delivering PPE and a new contactless temperature tracking device.
The FeverSense tracker, supplied by Office Evolution, uses facial recognition to give immediate readings, alerting people when temperature readings exceed a specific threshold.
The device can also be linked to door entry systems and can detect if someone is wearing a mask or not, restricting access until they put one on and refusing access if temperatures exceed set levels.
During the pandemic Office Evolution Ltd has stocked PPE including masks, gloves, sanitiser dispensers and gel.
Director Steve Davis said: “As lockdown eases, we know there will be changes in how offices and buildings operate.
“Temperature monitoring is a big part of reducing the risk of spreading coronavirus."
