LOCKDOWN continues but members of Burbage & District Video & Camera Club are still active with their hobby of photography. Many members have been taking the opportunity to photograph in and around the area taking in landscape and wildlife. In addition, they have been supporting our community by photographing special events.
The main events they have covered are the cycling marathon by Anya Rodgers, who continues to raise money for the NHS and recording the reconstruction of the local ESSO petrol station
The club says: "We are constantly looking for ideas for photography during these days of lockdown and if you do have some suggestion please contact us and tell us about it.
If you’re thinking about taking up photography, improving your photos and skills, purchasing new equipment or dusting off old, please feel free to contact us for advice, encouragement and a friendly welcome, no matter what your background or ability. Please contact Sonny on 01672 811 933 or Mike on 01672 810 574 for more details."
