WILTSHIRE: Charlotte Marsh-Jones, 20, of Frome Road, Trowbridge, indicated no pleas to a charge of wounding with intent. It is alleged she attacked a woman in Trowbridge on November 29 last year. She was bailed to appear before the crown court on August 14.

SWINDON: Wiltshire Police was granted six weeks to retain £2,165 seized from Nicola McCulloch from a house in Hunsdon Close, Walcot, on July 16. The application was made under the Proceeds of Crime Act.

WILTSHIRE: Police were allowed to retain £2,000 seized from Grady O’Dwyer, of Silver Street, Calne, for six months. It is suspected the cash is the proceeds of crime.

WILTSHIRE: Levi Waters, 27, of George Close, Calne, denies using threatening words or behaviour with intent to cause a man to believe that unlawful violence would be used against him. The allegations are dated July 25, 2019. He denies the offences and was bailed for the trial at Salisbury Magistrates’ Court on September 2.

SWINDON: William Goffett, 25, of no fixed address, denies damaging the window of a house in Whitbourne Avenue on July 15, stalking a woman between July 15 and 17 and assaulting two police officers and a detention officer.

He denied all charges and was remanded in custody for the trial at Swindon Magistrates’ Court on September 14.

WILTSHIRE: Ross Pinnock, 34, of Mitchell Lane, Bristol, admitted behaving in a violent manner at Melksham police station on July 19 by threatening to spit at and head butt officers and damage cars in the station car park upon his release from custody. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay £117 in costs and surcharge.

SWINDON: Mark Stiggers, 30, of Shaftesbury Avenue, pleaded not guilty to burglary and breaching a restraining order on three separate occasions in July by going to a flat in Milverton Court. He was remanded in custody ahead of the trial on August 18.

SWINDON: Mark Forte, 52, of Cunningham Road, Pinehurst, faces three counts of making indecent photographs of children, distributing an indecent photograph of a child and engaging in a conversation on messenger app Kik with an account known as Ravman1 relating to indecent images of children that was capable of encouraging the distribution of indecent images of children. He was bailed for the plea and trial preparation hearing at Swindon Crown Court on August 21.

WILTSHIRE: Benjamin Lloyd, 21, of Church Street, Great Bedwyn, indicated no pleas to allegations he was in possession of ketamine and cocaine in Marlborough on August 1, 2019, with intent to supply it to others. He will appear before Salisbury Crown Court on August 14 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.

SWINDON: Jake Bell, 29, of Curtis Street, has been charged with possession of crack cocaine and heroin on August 23 with intent to supply it. He entered no pleas and was bailed to appear at Swindon Crown Court for a plea hearing.

SWINDON: Lee Cook, 26, of Mannington Park, entered no pleas to an allegation he molested a 13-year-old boy and caused him to engage in sexual activity. He was bailed for a plea hearing at Swindon Crown Court on August 14.

WILTSHIRE: Joshua May, 25, of Arnolds Mead, Corsham, was found not guilty of assaulting a woman in Warminster on September 7 last year. He admitted criminal damage and was fined £80 and ordered to pay £179 in compensation, costs and victim surcharge.

WILTSHIRE: Richard Morrell, 47, of Summerdown Walk, Trowbridge, admitted disorderly behaviour and two charges of harassment. He sent a woman 50 text messages despite being warned to stop. The magistrates found the disorderly behaviour charge was aggravated by hostility towards the sexual orientation or presumed sexual orientation of the victim.

He was fined £300 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.

SWINDON: Danny Devlin, 27, of no fixed address, admitted carelessly driving a Vauxhall Corsa on Butts Road, Chiseldon, on July 25 last year, and using threatening or insulting behaviour intending to causing two men to believe violence would be used against them.

Allegations of dangerous driving and possession of an offensive weapon were dismissed after the Crown offered no evidence.

He was given a 12 month community order, fined £80 and ordered to do 150 hours of unpaid work. He must pay £85 costs and a £90 victim surcharge and was given six points on his driving licence.

Jack Elliott, 29, of Martins Way, Calne, was also charged with using threatening or insulting behaviour intending to cause two men to believe violence would be used against them. He was given a 12 month community order with a requirement to do 150 hours of unpaid work and pay £175 in costs and surcharge.

SWINDON: Shaun Edwards, 28, of Jonson Close, Walcot, entered no pleas to allegations of making threats to kill, assault causing actual bodily harm, assault by beating and criminal damage. He was bailed for a plea hearing at Swindon Crown Court on August 21.

SWINDON: Delicia Wheeler, 19, of The Moorings, Kingshill, was given an eight month community order having earlier pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly, breaching a criminal behaviour order, harassment and damaging police leg restraints. She must complete up to 30 rehabilitation activity days with probation and was made subject to a restraining order preventing her front contacting the victim of the harassment charge. She must pay an £85 victim surcharge.

WILTSHIRE: Elliot Sykes, 28, of Portway Lane, Warminster, admitted three counts of harassment having previously denied the charges. He was bailed and will be sentenced at Salisbury Magistrates’ Court, on August 20.

SWINDON: Craig Harfield, 30, of Hook Street, Royal Wootton Bassett, pleaded guilty to contacting a woman in breach of a restraining order. He was jailed for six months and given a three year restraining order. He must pay £85 costs and a £122 victim surcharge.

He was found not guilty of assaulting his former partner and damaging a clothes horse that belonged to her.

SWINDON: Martyn Goodchild, 73, of Rowan Road, was found guilty of assaulting a man on December 4 last year but acquitted of racially aggravated assault. He was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 compensation to his victim, £200 costs and a £21 victim surcharge.

WILTSHIRE: Rodgen Stewart, 27, of Bradley Road, Trowbridge, indicated no pleas to a charge he threatened to kill a woman in Malmesbury on August 17 last year. He was bailed for a plea hearing at Swindon Crown Court on August 21.

SWINDON: Wiltshire Police was given a further two weeks to retain £1,730 seized from a Karafil Bilali at Gablecross police station on July 22. The application was made under the Proceeds of Crime Act.

WILTSHIRE: Kristian Cleverly, 31, who gave a care of address of Derriards, Chippenham, entered no pleas to allegations of aggravated burglary, wounding with intent, burglary and theft. He was bailed to appear before the crown court on August 21.
