PARK NORTH: Veera Fernandes, 45, of Whitbourne Avenue, denies assaulting a man by beating him. She was bailed for the trial on December 3.

PENHILL: Kirk Richardson, 26, of Penhill Drive, pleaded not guilty to assaulting a woman on February 16. He was bailed for the trial on December 3 at Swindon Magistrates’ Court.

WALCOT: Wiltshire Police was granted a three month closure order on a flat in Baileys Farm Gardens, near Buckhurst Field.

WILTSHIRE: Alan Pilgrim, 41, of Churchill Court, Wilton, was jailed for nine weeks after he admitted assaulting a woman, damaging a window, assaulting two emergency workers and resisting arrest. He must pay a total of £500 compensation.

ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT: Raisham Mudhar, 55, of The Steadings, Royal Wootton Bassett, admitted breaching a non-molestation order by approaching his brother in Swindon on August 30. He had previously denied the offence. Magistrates gave him a 12 month community order with a requirement to do 100 hours of unpaid work. He must pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

HIGHWORTH: Alvin Gordon, 30, of Anson Road, Manchester, admitted two counts of assaulting a woman in Highworth over the new year. He had previously denied the offence. He was bailed for the sentencing hearing at Swindon Magistrates’ Court on October 2. His bail conditions prevent him from entering Highworth, going to the Blunsdon House Hotel or contacting his victim and three others.

SWINDON: Mohammed Ali, 30, who gave a care of address of Cedars Close, was fined £363 for assaulting a woman on June 20, 2020. He had denied the offence but was found guilty at his trial. He must pay £775 costs and a £36 victim surcharge.

PURTON: Josh Kellock, 33, of Reids Piece, admitted drink driving, driving without a licence or insurance. He had been behind the wheel of a VW Touareg in Pavenhill, Purton, on March 19 this year when he was stopped. Tests showed he had 43 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35.

He was fined a total of £800, banned from driving for three years and must pay £165 in costs and surcharge.

SWINDON: Christopher Johnson, 37, of Dalton Barracks, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to drink driving. He had been driving a Citroen Picasso in Lydiard Park when he had 55 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £392, banned from the roads for 15 months and told to pay £85 costs and a £39 victim surcharge.

RODBOURNE: Nigel Thompson, 46, of Groves Street, Rodbourne, admitted drink driving in Malmesbury on April 4 this year. He had 45 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, where the legal limit is 35. He was fined £392, banned from driving for a year and must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

SWINDON: Matthew Hale, 29, of Randolph Close, Swindon, was over the drink drive limit when he was stopped behind the wheel of a Ford Transit in Chippenham on April 8 this year. He blew 56 – around 50 per cent over the limit. He was not insured to drive the vehicle.

He admitted drink driving and driving without insurance and was fined £220, banned from driving for 15 months and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

TOWN CENTRE: Marek Matuszak, 42, of Deacon Street, pleaded guilty to drink driving. He was driving an Audi A3 when he was stopped in Hillmead Drive on April 18. He blew 54 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, where the legal limit is 35.

Magistrates banned him from driving for 15 months, fined him £461 and ordered he pay costs of £85 and a £46 victim surcharge.

OAKHURST: Emerson Teixeira, 37, of Helena Road, Oakhurst, admitted drink driving a Ford Transit in Cricklade Road, Purton, on April 20. He had 49 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £550, banned from driving for 14 months and must pay £55 in victim surcharge and £85 costs.

RODBOURNE: Damian Korzeniowski, 32, of Redcliffe Street, pleaded guilty to driving a BMW in Rodbourne Road on May 17 while over the alcohol limit. He had 56 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. JPs fined him £440, banned him from driving for 16 months and ordered £129 in costs and surcharge.
