TRAFFIC lights were not the only reason vehicles were halted in Salisbury this morning.
Earlier today a swan was stationary in the middle of the road in High Street, at the Bridge Street and Silver Street junction, causing a bus and the following cars to come to a standstill.
It was not long before the swan was ushered off the road.
