STACEY HICKMAN, 30, of Curbridge Road, Ducklington, admitted drink driving on July 24 on Hill View, Carterton. She had 63 microgrammes of alcohol per 100ml of breath, exceeding the legal limit. She was fined £230 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. She was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 17 months.

DANIEL JONES, 30, of Skene Close, Oxford, admitted drink driving on June 25 on Skene Close. He had 131 microgrammes of alcohol per 100ml of breath, exceeding the legal limit. He was made subject to a community order to include 150 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 32 months.

GARION CLARK, 29, of Carterton Road, Carterton, admitted drink driving on July 26 on Carterton Road. He had 72 microgrammes of alcohol per 100ml of breath, exceeding the legal limit. He was fined £560 and must pay a victim surcharge of £56 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 17 months.

JOSE PHILLIPS, 59, of HMP Bullingdon, Bicester, was convicted of using abusive and insulting language towards two police officers on February 9 at St Aldate’s Church, Oxford, which he was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order. He was also convicted of harassing a woman between January 8 and January 29. He was jailed for 19 weeks. He must pay a victim surcharge of £122 and court costs of £300.

JAMES PRESTON, 39, of Slaymaker Close, Oxford, admitted drink driving on July 25 on Green Road, Oxford. He had 122 microgrammes of alcohol per 100ml of breath, exceeding the legal limit. He was made subject to a community order to include 150 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 29 months.

LUKAS HOZA, 36, of Cherry Tree Road, Harwell, admitted drink driving on July 9 on Rookery Court, Didcot. He had 81 microgrammes of alcohol per 100ml of breath, exceeding the legal limit. He was fined £276 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with ten penalty points.

ROSS MACDONALD, 37, of Reliance Way, Oxford, admitted drink driving on July 4 on Cornwallis Road, Oxford. He had 45 microgrammes of alcohol per 100ml of breath, exceeding the legal limit. He was fined £276 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 12 months.

MOHAMMED MUSTAFA, 30, of Owens Way, Cowley, admitted drug driving on April 6 on Oxford Road, Oxford. The proportion of the controlled drugs Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol and Benzoylecgonine in his blood both exceeded the specified limit. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 12 months.

MANUEL HAU SIZE PINTO, 19, of Cricket Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving on July 27 in Oxford as well as driving without a licence and without third party insurance. Had 76mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

PAULINA OCZKOWSKA, 23, of Donnington Bridge Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving on July 28 in Oxford and driving without a licence and without third party insurance. Had 47mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £54 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

RYAN JESS PONTING, 37, of Coopers Lane, Abingdon, admitted drink driving on July 7 in Abingdon. Had 103mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was made subject to a community order to include 100 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

MARK VALENTINE, 57, of Winsmore Lane, Abingdon, admitted drink driving on March 19 in Abingdon. Had 117mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £2,000 and must pay a victim surcharge of £181 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 26 months.

WARWICK JOHN SAYCE, 54, of Appleford Drive, Abingdon, admitted drink driving on March 26 in Abingdon. Had 259mlg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. He was made subject to a community order to include 75 hours of unpaid work and he must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

KYE WHITEHEAD, 22, of Farmers Close, Witney, admitted drink driving on March 16 in Burford. Had 85mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

MADALIN PAUL BUNGHEZ, 28, of Old School Place, Banbury, admitted drug driving with Benzoylecgonine in his blood on November 5 in Banbury as well as possession of a quantity of cocaine and driving without third party insurance. He was fined a total of £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for three years.

CONOR COLLEY, 25, of Colville Close, Bampton, admitted drink driving on July 26 in Burford. Had 51mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

MARCUS JAMES, 43, of Ashurst Way, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man in Oxford on November 1 and committing an offence during the period of a suspended sentence order. Made subject to a community order to include 60 hours of unpaid work and £50 compensation.

Wayne AXTELL, 37, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing six bottles of perfume valued at £378 from Boots, Oxford, on December 17 and failing to comply with the sex offenders notification requirements. Fined £100, must pay £378 compensation, £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
