Police remain at the Stratton home at the centre of a major search by Gloucestershire Constabulary.
Officers began searching the detached property in Wingfield, a cul-de-sac near Kingsdown School, on Tuesday.
Yesterday, dog handlers from Devon and Cornwall Police joined the operation together with specialist search officers.
Pictures show a forensics tent put up in the back garden remains in place on Thursday morning.
Gloucestershire Constabulary confirmed they have arrested two people in connection with an “ongoing investigation” but refused to give any further detail about what the officers are looking for.
Wiltshire Police has said the operation is not connected to murderer Christopher Halliwell or ongoing efforts to find missing Swindon woman Sally Ann John.
