The tots have been born in the middle of a major historic event and their parents will have a tale to tell them about the coronavirus pandemic when they’re a bit older.

Skye was born just after the start of lockdown and had to wait weeks to meet her extended family. But mum and dad Lisa and Luke Britton say she’s a happy little girl with a constant smile on her face. She joins Theo, 18 and Keira, 16.

Contented little lad Arthur Hardy is sleeping off a good meal in this picture. He was born at the GWH to Shannon and Josh from Fairford.

Corey Winfield took everyone by surprise when he arrived a month early on the day mum Vicky was supposed to have her baby shower. The pair had to spend a week at the GWH where they were looked after by staff on Hazel ward and the special care baby unit. They later joined dad Dan, Haydon, seven and Millie, five, at home in Swindon.

Kelly-Marie Kayser worked all through lockdown at the GP surgery in Purton, starting maternity leave just six days before Molly Ella was born. She joins brother William, three and dad Daniel.

Young Percy Thomas Harold Haskins is named after his grandads. He arrived at the GWH by caesarean section and joins parents Amy and Owen, Mason 10 and Bentley, eight.
