A man has been charged with theft from a motor vehicle and vehicle interference following an incident in Liden.
Jamie Hunt, 42, from Arnfield Moor, Liden was charged today and released on unconditional bail. He is due before magistrates in January.
It follows an incident in Mately Moor at around 4am this morning.
The suspect was allegedly tampering with one car and breaking-in to another on a private driveway.
