Parish council office forced to close after Covid-19 case
A VILLAGE’S parish council has been forced to close its office after a positive coronavirus case among staff.
Purton Parish Council confirmed yesterday it will shut its office on Station Road for the next 14 days.
A spokesperson said: “Remote working will commence, and calls will be diverted. Emails will be responded too, so please continue enquiries.
“We hope to resume normal services in the New Year.”
